Stress at Christmas

Searching for the perfect gift for family and friends, cooking dinner, guests, concerns about the high costs this month, men believe that women exaggerate a bit when say they are stressed out at Christmas. 

In one third of the men, they could do much better with these commitments, without experiencing much anxiety, stress and tension than their spouses. 

Women often rely on foreign aid around Christmas because they believe that only they can make everything look perfect and as you want, psychologists explain. 

According to a statistical survey 42% of women reported that Christmas shopping is the most stressful activity for the year. 

However,  men are of the opinion that women overdo preparation and tension around the holidays. According to them, buying gifts can be extremely nice, the fact that the occasion is really nice and can not understand why women find it so stressful. 

To reduce stress during the holidays, you should apply some relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga and sports. In this way one can balance the inevitable tensions and relax, even for a moment. 

Christmas shopping can be assumed and performed as a  walk. It is a form of aerobic exercise and is one of the easiest ways to increase physical activity and improve health. 

Devoting more time to explore favors the release of stress and anxiety. 
 Improve mood and sense of well-being. 

Consumption of certain foods and drinks can help improve mood and reduce stress during the holidays. 

 Eat dark chocolate , citrus fruits  and drink chamomile tea.
